FAQ’S
Envirocask is operated mainly out of Castlemaine in regional central Victoria. Though recently with the expansion of our business to now be family run by our team of siblings, a portion of our operations are also done in Warrnambool in regional south west Victoria.
Our operations are 100% plastic free. Our business is all about plastic free living and sustainable products. A major focus of ours is to ensure anywhere we can that what we use is recyclable or biodegradable at the very least. This includes all of our packaging with stickers/labels made from paper pulp, cardboard boxes, kraft paper & cellulose sticky tape making up the items we use.
This can be done by signing up to our mail list which is always first for announcements. You can find sign up form on our home and about pages. You can also keep up with everything Envirocask on our socials.

Our bottles are made of high quality stainless steel (food grade 304, 18/8), double wall equals double the strength of standard stainless steel bottles.
Our Envirocask thermal insulation system features an internal vacuum where an airless space between two walls eliminates convection heating/cooling resulting in no temperature change. No cold air enters. No warm air enters. You can find a great infographic of our thermal insulation system on our home and about pages.
Envirocask’s thermal insulation system keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours, cold for up to 24.
Our Envirocask bottles are available in Black, Blue, Green, Pink & Red.
Envirocask’s are much cheaper than the competition because affordability is a major part of our mission. We aim to eliminate the high price barrier for those wanting to alter their drinking habits and support the sustainability of our planet through continual use of a reusable bottle.
After countless discussions it was realised many were wanting to make the switch to a quality reusable bottle but were finding it hard to fund the $50- $60 of many on the market. We are here to bridge that price gap with no lack of quality or style and a price tag that won’t drain your bank balance.
Stainless steel insulated bottles do not belong in the fridge/ freezer as external temperatures do not have an effect on the contents due to the insulation. For ice cold water the best method is to add ice blocks to your water. Or alternatively cool your water in an alternative uninsulated water container first.
We recommend using warm soapy water just like you would with many of your other kitchen items. A bottle brush is a great idea as it allows you to get deep inside the bottle. For a more thorough clean after drinking something other than water from your bottle, some methods include using baking soda or vinegar. There are some great methods you should be able to find after a quick google.
We know from experience our bottles last forever. You can literally drop them 12355875205 times these things are indestructible! But you can recycle them when you are done with them. Stainless steel is generally recycled as scrap metal. You should reach out to your local council for places you can recycle your scrap metal near you.
All our beeswax products use 100% natural Australian beeswax that is sourced straight from hives throughout regional Victoria. Our beeswax also goes through a filtration process that ensures clean, quality food safe beeswax. We work very, very closely with a local commercial beekeeping company, where one of our team members doubles as a beekeeper.
Beeswax has so many uses and our conveniently sized beeswax blocks make using it for anything very easy. Common uses for beeswax are in making items such as; wraps, candles, lip balms, crayons, soaps, furniture polish, surfboard waxing & many more.
Our bottles use recyclable packaging with a cardboard box & labels made from paper pulp. Beeswax products are again packaged using recyclable materials with cardboard boxes, kraft paper & again paper pulp stickers featuring here. We also use paper & cellulose sticky tape across all packaging which is made from wood pulp and is again recyclable.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your Auspost tracking number. This webpage; https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search allows you to track your items.
Please note that free beeswax shipping is untracked. If you would like tracking on beeswax product orders please select regular shipping at checkout.
