All Shipping is done via Australia Post.
All items posted with regular or express shipping are tracked with tracking details provided once item has been shipped.
Free beeswax shipping is untracked. If you would like tracked shipping on these items please select regular shipping at checkout.
Auswide standard delivery from 2-6 business days
Auswide express delivery from 1-3 business days
International standard delivery varies dependent upon location

Our packaging features 100% recyclable cardboard boxes with a 100% biodegradable label and biodegradable cellulose sticky tape is used in our packaging.
Items are shipped by us as soon as possible, generally next business day.
Returns -
Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase. Returns must be unused, in same new condition as when goods were received with original packaging.
We are unable to process refunds for any items not returned in original condition or more than 30 days after purchase.
Sale items are unable to be returned.

Return shipping comes at the cost of customer.
In circumstances where product is received as defective or damaged, we offer full refund or exchange for new product funded by us (including re-shipping).
